Backed by some of the most prominent angels in the industry, our team of 10 highly motivated and skilled individuals operates from our HQs at Münster and Mannheim and remote across Europe. We're not just a company; we're a revolution in the investment world, and we're looking for a like-minded People and Culture Allrounder (m/f/d) to work directly with our Founders across all domains of People & Culture from Talent Acquisition to Labour Law.


As our first People and Culture Manager (f/m/d) you play an essential role in building and executing the People and Culture agenda of our company:

  • Together with one of our founders, you design the People and Culture agenda and define a book of work to ramp up the People and Culture topics
  • You help scaling the team by communicating a professional employer brand and developing excellent recruiting processes 
  • You partner with founders as well as the whole team to create an exceptional and high performing work culture
  • Step-by-step you set up People operations and processes and implement State-of-the-art SaaS HR tools
  • You support the founders in creating joint values and working ethics
  • You support internal communication
  • You are the good soul of the company  - balancing the needs of the whole team to achieve our big mission


  • You have graduated at a renowned university in the field of Management, HR, Psychology or Entrepreneurship or adjacent areas.
  • You have min. 2 years relevant working experience in a startup / scale up environment in a broad People and Culture / HR role (eg. as HR BP or as HR Generalist or Head of HR)
  • You have a solid understanding of all processes and structures in the People and Culture domain - from Talent acquisition, Business Partnering Performance Management  to Labour Law…
  • You have worked with or even implemented modern HR SaaS tools (Personio, Talent Management, Sourcing Software etc) 
  • You can balance employees and managers interest and have a good understanding what a company needs to be successful
  • You can prioritize operational and strategic tasks and deliver in high quality in a high pace environment
  • You are energetic and highly motivated - your passion and resilience motivates yourself and others to go the extra-mile, when needed
  • You are a Flexible generalist and solution-oriented pragmatic


  • Work directly with experienced and successful Scale Up Founder (former COO of a 250 Employee + Company, over 120 Mio USD raised in previous roles) and directly benefit from his experiences
