AQUATY - Making Venture Equity Accessible

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Distribution to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our distribution strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the venture capital market and a well-established network within the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new distribution channels and partnerships, as well as managing existing relationships. You will work closely with the management team to develop and execute a distribution plan that aligns with our overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform our distribution strategy.

About us:

AQUATY was founded with the goal of increasing accessibility to equity in the venture capital market. By developing digital and decentralized solutions along the entire venture capital value chain, we aim to remove barriers to entry and provide a platform for investors, founders, and venture partners to connect and collaborate. Our software tool guides users through the financing process and enables the management and future trading of shares (establishment of a secondary market). In mid-2021, we closed our first financing round with a seven-figure sum and attracted notable investors. We have already demonstrated proof of concept on the market and are diligently working towards the launch of our product in 2022.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and implement a distribution strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of AQUATY
• Identify and target new distribution channels and partnerships, as well as manage existing relationships
• Track and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform the distribution strategy
• Collaborate with the management team to execute the distribution plan
• Monitor and report on the performance of distribution channels and partnerships

What we desire from you:

• Extensive experience in the venture capital market, with a well-established network within the industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing distribution strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the venture capital market, with a focus on distribution
• Strong network of industry contacts and relationships
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful distribution strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
